There is no age restriction for this tour. This tour does not involved high physical activity or long walking. However, if you can not claim to the upper deck please notify us in advance. We will manage lower deck seat for you.
Tour Terms & Conditions
- Duration valid from when you first hop-on the bus. Unlimited usage within your chosen timeframe. Does not include London by Night tour
- Children aged 0 - 4 years travel free of charge but will not occupy a seat. If you require a seat for an infant, please purchase a child seat for them.
- Seating on the bus is on a first come first served basis. Seats can not be reserved in advance.
- Food and drinks are not permitted on the bus, other than bottled water.
- There are no toilet facilities onboard.
- The bus has space for one fold-away pushchair and a wheelchair on the lower deck.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the departure time and get a full refund.
